Over the years I've tried the following software combinations, and have experienced this situation with all of them: Stellarium + Stellarium Scope + Astrotortilla SGP + Platesolve2 Prismv10 and Prismv11 Beta NINA with ASTEP It's only been recently that I've gone from more of a "remote travel" guy, where I drive out to a dark site and stay up all night with the mount / to a "stay at home" type trying to leave the rig setup semi-perm in my backyard. This causes EQMOD to stop responding and disappear (crash?) and requires manual intervention from me to get things working again. I have to "babysit" the mount because, seemingly randomly, the platesolve sync will be rejected.
I get really good guiding with it now, but ever since owning I've had one nagging issue. I purchased a used Orion Atlas around 3 years ago, about 6 months to a year in I had it hypertuned. Hi all, I think this is my first post to the group.
